Courtyard surfaces, access ramps and garage entrances are exposed to high loads every day that also bear down on the installed dewatering systems. Special carrier profiles on our Ferro Magna combined with matching formwork channels together make sure vertical and horizontal forces are safely and permanently diverted. Thanks to their robust construction, the profiles reliably absorb static and dynamic loads caused by moving vehicles. Butt connectors ensure that the line of channels can be rapidly installed and expanded.

A channel that can withstand vehicle traffic: sophisticated idea, simple installation

The channel is installed in a concrete foundation, just like its conventional counterparts. The carrier profiles simultaneously act as concrete anchors and the lower part of the butt connectors is also fitted with concrete anchor brackets. With impressive weight savings compared to other heavy-duty channels from our product range, Ferro Magna offers efficient handling on the construction site. Despite the minimal use of materials, the channel satisfies requirements consistent with load class D 400.
